GENERAL RULES
• The maximum capacity of the house is 8 people. For safety and comfort reasons, additional guests are not permitted without prior authorization.
• Check-in is from 2:00 p.m. and check-out must be done before 12:00 p.m.
• Respecting the tranquility of the neighborhood is essential and keeping noise to a minimum, especially between 11:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. Avoid loud noises and maintain a quiet environment. Any disruptive or disrespectful behavior will result in immediate termination of stay without refund
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. If you decide to smoke outdoors, dispose of cigarette butts properly.
• The property and furniture of the house must be respected. Use the facilities and equipment of the house responsibly. Any damage caused must be reported immediately.
